If you want to take control of your online reputation, you need great reviews. While G5 Reputation Manager lets you monitor review sites through one easy-to-use interface, we’re now adding Review Invitation functionality to G5 Reputation Manager™. We make reputation management easier than ever.

Review Invitation Functionality

  • Ability to invite residents/tenants to leave reviews of your properties on prominent sites like Google+ or Yelp that your future customers will visit during the search process
  • Enter an email addresses and the tool will automatically compose a message asking for reviews.
  • Reviews will resonate; 100% authentic, straight from your happy residents/tenants
  • Reviews automatically directed to the sites where you need them the most
  • Override option gives you control to send all reviews to one site

Workflow Management System

We’ve also opened up our workflow management system to all clients. It enables the creation, assignment and tracking of tasks for each review that comes in, ensuring no reviews “fall through the cracks” or go without a response. We’re making this feature free to all G5 clients.

Feedback Tool

Many of our greatest product features come from client feedback. We’ve added a new feedback tool powered by UserVoice to our control panel that will let clients send us questions, comments and suggestions.
