Employee Compensation & Recognition

G5’s philosophy focuses on Total Compensation. G5 salaries, healthcare and PTO are competitive with local market value and within the technology industry. We conduct annual performance reviews that have traditionally resulted in merit  increases. For individual employees who have gone above and beyond, we have various recognition opportunities like our monthly “FISH Award”,  “Wheel Spins” and annual “Core Values Awards.” We recognize all employees on a quarterly basis with reward events for meeting company and team goals.

Employee Activities & Events

G5 offers frequent onsite and offsite team building activities and celebrations, health and wellness events, community support involvement and a multitude of sporting activities (many G5’ers bring their dogs to join in the fun, too). We have a designated “Fun Committee” to help us ensure we are maximizing our “fun” potential. We also have a designated “Green Team” to ensure we are doing our part in reducing our carbon and ecological impact in our community and the world around us. G5’ers have often been spotted bowling for “Big Brothers and Sisters”, competing in the Pole Pedal Paddle, building houses for Habitat for Humanity or playing ultimate frisbee in the park during lunch time.



G5 provides a large variety of  complimentary beverages including local coffee, tea, a  Red Bull fridge, Kombucha and beer keg.  We keep our teams and visitors well-hydrated and well-caffeinated throughout the work week.
