Meggan Shaw-Butler Joins G5 as Senior Director of Multifamily Strategy
Real estate marketing innovator welcomes new director to accelerate category growth
BEND, OR – March 25, 2019 – G5, leader in real estate marketing innovation, announced today that Meggan Shaw-Butler has joined the company as senior director of multifamily strategy, effective immediately. Shaw-Butler brings a wealth of expertise in the multifamily sector to G5, with an extensive background in revenue growth and property valuation. She will lead G5’s innovation and advancement in the multifamily sector.
Prior to joining the G5 team, Shaw-Butler served as vice president of asset management for Pensam Residential, where she oversaw the company’s Texas and Colorado multifamily property portfolios. Shaw-Butler also led the company’s marketing efforts, including brand development and digital marketing strategies.
Shaw-Butler will report directly to G5 Chief Operating Officer Patrick Davidson.

For more than seven years, Shaw-Butler has focused on multifamily property revenue growth and subsequent increases to property valuations through the implementation of modern technology, data-driven strategies, and SaaS platforms. Working closely with the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio of multifamily assets assisted her in understanding the need for technology and efficient processes to support both onsite teams and residents.
